SMALL EXTENSION, HUGE TRANSFORMATION
This project involved the complete refurbishment and extension of an existing mid terrace house in Wexford town. The clients were first time buyers and expecting their first baby together. The wanted a home that they could future proof and grow into as a family.
Our brief was to create a comfortable open plan kitchen, lounge and dining space. Upstairs we added a new bedroom at the back of the house and reconfigured the layout to house a new family bathroom.
